As part of an Integrated Brand Management and VMD class, I developed a promotion plan for the beauty branch of the Gucci brand. This project includes brand analysis, market and competitors definition, as well as the development of a hypothetical promotion plan for Gucci beauty through the release of a dedicated app and a pop up store.
